What should I do if my dog refuses to eat the treats? This rarely occurs! Based on our testing, customer feedback, and reviews, approximately 95% of the dogs given our chews ABSOLUTELY ADORE the taste. They're crafted with all-natural flavourings to provide an authentic taste experience. In the unlikely scenario that your dog isn't fond of the taste, we suggest blending the chews with their usual dog food or wrapping them in a small piece of high-quality, low-fat deli meat, or adding a touch of peanut butter. Please note that we do not offer refunds if your dog dislikes the treats; they remain effective when disguised.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
