DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know how much you want your dog's next treat to arrive — so we make delivery quick, free, and fuss-free.

Free UK Standard Delivery
Every order ships FREE across the UK, no minimum spend required. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch, and every parcel is fully trackable so you'll always know where it is.

Dispatch Times
Order before 1pm Monday–Friday and we'll dispatch it the same day. Order after that, or over the weekend, and it'll go out the next working day. During busier periods (think Christmas!) dispatch may take up to 1 extra working day — we'll always aim to beat that.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Cancellations & Returns
